Find out why youdo what you do

Innie turns few-minute quests into a map of your patterns: what you protect, what you repeat, and what you avoid.

A map of you that keeps filling in

Every quest adds a little more, so the picture gets sharper the longer you use it.

Questions you’d never ask yourself

Quests like Obituary and What’s Your Price take a few minutes and end with a read on you.

  • A few sentences on what your answers have in common and what that says about you.

  • They cover love, limits, scars, joy and blind spots, so you can pick one to suit your mood.

  • Every answer lands somewhere in your profile, including the weird ones.

Inspired by real science

Assessments built on published research, from attachment style and the Big Five to many more.

  • How you bond with people, and what you do when closeness wobbles.

  • The most-studied model of personality, explained in plain words.

  • The sharper edges of your personality, and how you work with other people.

  • Strengths, honesty, self-compassion and burnout, with new assessments added over time.

See your patterns over time

Every quest adds to your Living Profile: what you protect, repeat, hide and avoid.

  • What you protect when it costs you something, judged by what your answers keep choosing.

  • The things you keep doing, like the same fight or the same Sunday mood. Innie looks across many quests, so one odd answer doesn’t decide it.

  • The parts that are easier not to look at, like envy or the need to be liked. Innie names them plainly and doesn’t lecture.

  • Where you stop and why, including the lines you keep moving.

Talk it through with Innie

Innie Chat has read your answers, so you never start from a blank page.

  • Ask about your blind spots, your best qualities, or which quest to do next.

  • It’s kind by default. Ask it to roast you and it will.

  • Warm and curious, and clear that it isn’t therapy.

Frequently asked questions

  • Yes. Hundreds of quests, your profile, achievements, wearables, the journal and your streak are all free, and you can start up to 2 quests every 4 hours. Innie Beyond unlocks every quest and assessment, lets you start up to 8 quests a day, and adds Innie Chat and a day off each week that won’t break your streak. You can try it free for 3 days.

  • A quiz gives you a type once. Innie gives you a read after every quest and keeps a running map of your values, patterns, shadows and edges, so it gets more specific the more you do.

  • No. Innie isn’t a therapist or a medical service, and it won’t pretend to be. It’s a place to ask yourself better questions.

  • A quest takes a few minutes. You pick 5 to 20 minutes a day, and a two-minute check-in on a terrible Tuesday still counts.

  • Lots of assessments built on published research, including attachment style, the Big Five, the Dark Triad, DISC, strengths, self-compassion and burnout, with more added over time. They’re made to help you understand yourself, and they aren’t a diagnosis. There are also more than 100 quests across love, limits, scars, joy and blind spots.
